Hey ya'll! Anyone out there use the Roomba to vacuum your house? I just got one, and think it's the coolest thing! It does a great job with pet hair, and dirt, and runs itself!
I heard a podcast awhile ago on Blind Cool Tech, and I saw one in the store about two years ago. Its an appliance that from what I remember is very accessible, too.
Lou
gotta get my hands on one of those. just let it do the job while you go off and do something else. I think that's how it works.
Yeah. I love it! I've had it for 24 hours, and it just paid for itself in the amount of dog hair alone that it picked up.
In the Blind Cool Tech article, they demonstrated it, and the guy's dog guide bit it. That cracked me up.
Ha! My dog doesn't like it, but she leaves it alone. She's just a pet, too, but I guess all dogs respond differently.
I want one!
I wonder which model is the best bang for the buck.
Any of the new series.
Sounds like one hell of a product.
my mother has one but does not use it anymore for some reason so now it's home is in her garrage. but when she was using it, i really thought that it was cool. i do not think that it can run very well on thick carpets though.
I know my teacher has one in her class and I've heard talk about it. It sounds great. I might get one in the future.
My mom has a daycare, and so she has to vacuum a whole lot, and she has one, and she loves it. Yes, it does great with pet hair. It's awesome! I highly recommend it.
If (ahem, when) I get into grad school, it's one of the things I've promised myself. How much did you get it for?
